Acquisition | RESURS HOLDING AB | 19th September 2024

On June 17, 2024 Ronneby UK Limited announced a recommended public offer to the shareholders of RESURS HOLDING AB to tender all shares in the company to the bidder. Each shareholder of RESURS HOLDING AB would receive SEK 23.5 for every share held. On September 3, 2024 the bidder declared the offer unconditional and announced that the offer had been accepted to such extent that the offeror owns 80 percent of shares of RESURS HOLDING AB. The Offer was extended until September 13, 2024. Based on announcement published on September 16, 2024 the offeror owns 86 percent of shares of RESURS HOLDING AB. Since the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will drop RESURS HOLDING AB giving 2 business days notice.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• RESURS HOLDING AB will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of RESURS HOLDING AB (RESURS.ST) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
