Due to the acquisition of PRGX GLOBAL INC by PRIVATE COMPANY (UNLISTED), the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• PRGX GLOBAL INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of PRGX GLOBAL INC (PRGX.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
