Initially announced on November 26, 2024 ROCHE HOLDING AG made a cash offer for POSEIDA THERAPEUTICS INC of USD 9 plus one (1) contingent value right per POSEIDA THERAPEUTICS INC share held. The tender offer closes on January 8, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on January 8, 2025. Trading in shares of POSEIDA THERAPEUTICS INC is expected to be halted effective January 8, 2025. Due to the presence of a contingent value right in the offer, POSEIDA THERAPEUTICS INC will be removed pro rata at its last close price effective (open) January 8, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• POSEIDA THERAPEUTICS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of POSEIDA THERAPEUTICS INC (PSTX.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 08/01/2025
