Acquisition | OAKTREE CAPITAL GROUP LLC | 30th September 2019

Due to the acquisition of OAKTREE CAPITAL GROUP LLC by BROOKFIELD ASSET MANAGEMENT INC CLASS A (BAM.N), the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

  • OAKTREE CAPITAL GROUP LLC will be removed from the Index.
  • The weight of OAKTREE CAPITAL GROUP LLC based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
  • Effective Date (open): 30/09/2019

  • OAKTREE CAPITAL GROUP LLC will be removed from the Index.
  • The shares of BROOKFIELD ASSET MANAGEMENT INC CLASS A (BAM.N) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
  • The cash portion of the transaction will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
  • Effective Date (open): 30/09/2019
