Due to the acquisition of MB FINANCIAL INC DEPOSIT SHS REPR 1/40 NON-CUM PERP RED PFD REGISTERED SHS SERIES C by  FIFTH THIRD BANCORP, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices.

Solactive US Pref USD

• MB FINANCIAL INC DEPOSIT SHS REPR 1/40 NON-CUM PERP RED PFD REGISTERED SHS SERIES C will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of MB FINANCIAL INC DEPOSIT SHS REPR 1/40 NON-CUM PERP RED PFD REGISTERED SHS SERIES C based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 03/22/2019.
