Due to the acquisition of INTER PIPELINE LTD by BROOKFIELD INFRASTRUCTURE CORP CLASS A EXCHANGEABLE SUBORDINATE VOTING SHARES, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• INTER PIPELINE LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of INTER PIPELINE LTD (IPL.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
