Acquisition | GREENVOLT ENERGIAS RENOVAVEIS SA | 31st October 2024

Initially announced on October 7, 2024 GVK OMEGA made a cash offer for GREENVOLT ENERGIAS RENOVAVEIS SA of EUR 8.3107 per GREENVOLT ENERGIAS RENOVAVEIS SA share held. Results of the tender offer ending October 25, 2024 indicate GVK OMEGA holds 97.64% of GREENVOLT’s share capital. As the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive will remove GREENVOLT ENERGIAS RENOVAVEIS SA from the indices effective October 31, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• GREENVOLT ENERGIAS RENOVAVEIS SA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of GREENVOLT ENERGIAS RENOVAVEIS SA (GVOLT.LS) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 31/10/2024
