Acquisition | ENCAVIS AG (TENDERED) | 4th December 2024

On June 26, 2024 Solactive AG applied a mandatory conversion to ENCAVIS AG (TENDERED) following the result of the Takeover Offer representing approximately 87.41 percent of ENCAVIS AG share capital. On November 22, 2024 ENCAVIS AG announced that all offer conditions have been fulfilled. The payment of cash consideration in the amount of EUR 17.50 per ENCAVIS AG (TENDERED) Share will be effected. It is currently intended that the settlement will occur on 4 December 2024. The last trading day of ENCAVIS AG (TENDERED) is expected to be November 29, 2024. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ENCAVIS AG (TENDERED) will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ENCAVIS AG (TENDERED) (ECV1v.DE) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 04/12/2024
