XPLORA TECHNOLOGIES AS announced on September 26, 2024 a recommended public offer to acquire all shares in DORO AB for a cash consideration of SEK 34 per share. The initial tender offer period expired on November 8, 2024. XPLORA TECHNOLOGIES AS announced that as of November 8, 2024, the shares in DORO AB that have been tendered in connection with the offer represents approximately 90.5 percent of all outstanding shares. Due to the free float of DORO AB falling below 15 percent, it will be removed from the indices effective (open) November 14, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• DORO AB will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of DORO AB (DORO.ST) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 14/11/2024
