CURRO HOLDINGS LTD is pleased to confirm that all of the suspensive Conditions, as outlined in the Circular, have now been fulfilled or waived as the case may be and that the Scheme of Arrangement has accordingly become unconditional Consequently, CURRO HOLDINGS LTD will proceed with the implementation of the Scheme of Arrangement. Each shareholder of CURRO HOLDINGS LTD will receive of ZAR 0.85837 in cash and stock consideration comprising of 0.07617 shares of PSG FINANCIAL SERVICES and 0.00284 shares of CAPITEC BANK HOLDINGS LTD ORD. The last trading date is expected to be January 6, 2025.
The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:
- CURRO HOLDINGS LTD will be removed from the Index.
- The weight of CURRO HOLDINGS LTD (COHJ.J) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
- Effective Date (open): 07/01/2026
