Acquisition | CREALOGIX HOLDING AG-REG | 24th January 2024

On December 1, 2023 Vencora UK Limited, Halifax a subsidiary of CONSTELLATION SOFTWARE INC launched a tender offer to acquire entire share capital of CREALOGIX HOLDING AG. Each shareholder of CREALOGIX HOLDING AG will receive CHF 60 in cash for every share held. The tender offer expired on January 18, 2024. Based on the announcement made on January 18, 2024, the acquiror holds 96.24 percent of shares of CREALOGIX HOLDING AG-REG. Since the free float of company has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove CREALOGIX HOLDING AG-REG giving 2 business days notice.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• CREALOGIX HOLDING AG-REG will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of CREALOGIX HOLDING AG-REG (CLXN.S) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 24/01/2024
