Due to the acquisition of CONSUS REAL ESTATE AG by ADLER GROUP SA, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• CONSUS REAL ESTATE AG will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of ADLER GROUP SA (ADJ.DE) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
