Acquisition | CONSOLIDATED COMMUNICATIONS | 27th December 2024

Initially announced on October 16, 2023 Searchlight Capital Partners and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation made a cash offer for CONSOLIDATED COMMUNICATIONS of USD 4.7 per CONSOLIDATED COMMUNICATIONS share held. CONSOLIDATED COMMUNICATIONS shareholders approved the Acquisition on January 31, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on December 27, 2024. Trading in shares of CONSOLIDATED COMMUNICATIONS is expected to be halted effective December 27, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

  • CONSOLIDATED COMMUNICATIONS will be removed from the Index.
  • The weight of CONSOLIDATED COMMUNICATIONS (CNSL.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
  • Effective Date (open): 27/12/2024
