Acquisition | CONNECTWAVE CO LTD | 23rd September 2024

On 30 April 2024, KOREA E-COMMERCE HOLDINGS announced a public offer to acquire all the remaining shares of CONNECTWAVE CO LTD through a cash-based stock exchange with the aim of making CONNECTWAVE CO LTD a private company. On 30 July 2024, the scheme was approved on EGM. KOREA E-COMMERCE HOLDINGS will pay KRW 18000 in cash for each ONNECTWAVE CO LTD common share. CONNECTWAVE CO LTD suspended from 4 September 2024 will be delisted on 24 September 2024. We will remove the stock from the index effective on 23 September 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• CONNECTWAVE CO LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of CONNECTWAVE CO LTD (119860.KQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 23/09/2024
