Due to the acquisition of CONFORMIS INC by PRIVATE COMPANY (UNLISTED), the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• CONFORMIS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of CONFORMIS INC (CFMS.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 01/09/2023
