Acquisition | CHINDATA GROUP HOLDINGS LTD | 18th December 2023

Initially announced on August 11, 2023 BCPE Chivalry Bidco Limited made a cash offer for CHINDATA GROUP HOLDINGS LTD of USD 8.6 per CHINDATA GROUP HOLDINGS LTD share held. CHINDATA GROUP HOLDINGS LTD shareholders approved the Acquisition on December 4, 2023. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on December 18, 2023. Trading in shares of CHINDATA GROUP HOLDINGS LTD is expected to be halted effective December 18, 2023.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• CHINDATA GROUP HOLDINGS LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of CHINDATA GROUP HOLDINGS LTD (CD.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 18/12/2023
