Due to the acquisition of BR MALLS PARTICIPACOES SA by ALIANSCE SONAE SHOPPING CENTER, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:
- BR MALLS PARTICIPACOES SA will be removed from the Index.
- The weight of BR MALLS PARTICIPACOES SA (BRML3.SA) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
- Effective Date (open): 09/01/2023

- BR MALLS PARTICIPACOES SA will be removed from the Index.
- The shares of ALIANSCE SONAE SHOPPING CENTER (ALSO3.SA) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
- The cash portion of the transaction will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
