Acquisition | APOLLO SENIOR FLOATING RATE FUND INC | 22nd July 2024

Initially announced on April 4, 2024 MIDCAP FINANCIAL INVESTMENT CORP, APOLLO SENIOR FLOATING RATE FUND INC and APOLLO TACTICAL INCOME FUND INC announced the mergers of AFT and AIF with and into MIDCAP FINANCIAL INVESTMENT CORP. MIDCAP FINANCIAL INVESTMENT CORP shareholders approved the Acquisition on May 28, 2024. APOLLO SENIOR FLOATING RATE FUND INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on June 21, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on July 22, 2024. Trading in shares of APOLLO SENIOR FLOATING RATE FUND INC is expected to be halted effective July 22, 2024. The final Exchange Ratios will be announced in a future press release.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• APOLLO SENIOR FLOATING RATE FUND INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of APOLLO SENIOR FLOATING RATE FUND INC (AFT.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 22/07/2024
