Acquisition | APM HUMAN SERVICES INTERNATI | 26th September 2024

On 3 June 2024, APM announced that it had entered into Scheme Implementation Deed with MADISON DEARBORN PARTNERS, under which MADISON DEARBORN PARTNERS has agreed to acquire all of the issued shares in the capital of APM not already held. Each shareholder of APM HUMAN SERVICES INTERNATI will receive default cash consideration of AUD 1.45 per APM share by way of scheme. On 19 September 2024, APM announced their shareholders approved the scheme of arrangement. Subject to the court hearing on 25 September 2024, the effective date of the scheme will be 26 September 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• APM HUMAN SERVICES INTERNATI will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of APM HUMAN SERVICES INTERNATI (APM.AX) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 26/09/2024
