Initially announced on April 10, 2024 VERTEX PHARMACEUTICALS INC made a cash offer for ALPINE IMMUNE SCIENCES INC of USD 65 per ALPINE IMMUNE SCIENCES INC share held. The tender offer expires one minute after 11:59 p.m. ET, on May 17, 2024, unless extended or terminated. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on May 20, 2024. Trading in shares of ALPINE IMMUNE SCIENCES INC is expected to be halted effective May 20, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ALPINE IMMUNE SCIENCES INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ALPINE IMMUNE SCIENCES INC (ALPN.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
