On 14 May 2025, NMT CO LTD announced a tender offer to purchase all shares of MEDPEER INC for JPY 700 per share. The tender offer acceptances reached 77.14% and following that the company announced a delisting with the effective date as 17 October 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• MEDPEER INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of MEDPEER INC (6095.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 17/10/2025
