Initially announced on May 27, 2025 HARMONY GOLD MINING CO LTD made a cash offer for MAC COPPER LIMITED of USD 12.25 per MAC COPPER LIMITED share held. MAC COPPER LIMITED shareholders approved the Acquisition on August 29, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on October 13, 2025. Trading in shares of MAC COPPER LIMITED is expected to be halted effective October 13, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• MAC COPPER LIMITED will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of MAC COPPER LIMITED (MTAL.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 13/10/2025
