Initially announced on May 30, 2025 MDaudit made a cash offer for STREAMLINE HEALTH SOLUTIONS INC of USD 5.34 per STREAMLINE HEALTH SOLUTIONS INC share held. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on August 12, 2025. Trading in shares of STREAMLINE HEALTH SOLUTIONS INC is expected to be halted effective August 12, 2025. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• STREAMLINE HEALTH SOLUTIONS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of STREAMLINE HEALTH SOLUTIONS INC (STRM.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 13/08/2025
