Delisting | THIRD HARMONIC BIO INC | 5th August 2025

On June 12, 2025 THIRD HARMONIC BIO INC announced that THIRD HARMONIC BIO INC shareholders have approved liquidation and dissolution of the THIRD HARMONIC BIO INC. The Delisting is expected to be completed on July 31, 2025. The final Stock Liquidation Distribution will be $5.35 per share of Common Stock. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

THIRD HARMONIC BIO INC will be removed from the Index.
The weight of THIRD HARMONIC BIO INC (THRD.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
