Acquisition | MITSUBISHI SHOKUHIN (RYOSHOKU) ORD | 14th July 2025

On May 8, 2025, MITSUBISHI CORP announced to acquire the shares of common stock in MITSUBISHI SHOKUHIN (RYOSHOKU) ORD through a tender offer. Each MITSUBISHI SHOKUHIN (RYOSHOKU) ORD shareholder would receive JPY 6340 in cash for every share held. On Jul 9, 2025, the tender offer result was announced with MITSUBISHI CORP controlling 89.22% of the share capital of MITSUBISHI SHOKUHIN (RYOSHOKU) ORD. Since the free float has dropped below 15%, Solactive will remove MITSUBISHI SHOKUHIN (RYOSHOKU) ORD from the index effective Jul 14, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• MITSUBISHI SHOKUHIN (RYOSHOKU) ORD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of MITSUBISHI SHOKUHIN (RYOSHOKU) ORD (7451.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 14/07/2025
