Acquisition | ACELYRIN INC | 23rd May 2025

Initially announced on February 6, 2025 ALUMIS INC made a stock offer for ACELYRIN INC of 0.4814 shares per ACELYRIN INC share held. ACELYRIN INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on May 13, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on May 21, 2025. Trading in shares of ACELYRIN INC is expected to be halted effective May 21, 2025. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

ACELYRIN INC will be removed from the Index.
The shares of ALUMIS INC (ALMS.OQ) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
